During your journey, you will be guided to reduce stress and avoid burn-out. In case you have already reached burn out, we can use these sessions to help you recover. Currently we only offer individual coaching. In future we are planning to provide group coaching, as the dynamic of a group can help restore you quicker due to insights you gain from the sharing of experiences.
