Good day all, to all people from all over the world. Another day, another morning. Sun is rising, hazy colour can not properly describe it, but what is nature beautiful if you take the time to enjoy it. Different kind or birds since 05:00 CET in the morning are jtirping, oehoeing, all sorts of sounds, I like it, its nice….
I realize how challenging it is, to sit, just sit, no thoughts and listen to the sounds…. the birds….. any other sounds….. fully focus on those sounds and it could be when you do that you feel a slight tingling down your spine, thats good, keep your focus, listen to the birds… now shift your attention to your breathing…. breath in, 2,3,4,5 and breath out 2,3,4,5, now hold 2,3,4,5 and exhale 2,3,4,5 and once more breath in, 2,3,4,5 and breath out 2,3,4,5, now hold 2,3,4,5 and exhale 2,3,4,5 and for the sake of it, one more time breath in, 2,3,4,5 and breath out 2,3,4,5, now hold 2,3,4,5 and exhale 2,3,4,5…..

Did you notice for a moment you was not thinking, tiny bit more relaxed or tiny bit less stress…..?

And with this I mean: focus
Focus on your surroundings, birds, your breath, the sun set or rise anything which you can focus on….
Specially if it nice or beautiful thing from nature as this will stop your thoughts and let you breath more relaxed and help you to come to this moment…….
This is your time now to relax deeply now……
Nowhere to be, nowhere togo, just be here with you and enjoy….
