Take the jump to a great life

First exercise:

I know it’s not as easy as it sounds or is it? Take a leap of faith, take a moment, decide now to take a moment for yourself. This is your moment to relax deeply now.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Feel your body against the chair your sitting on or the coach your laying on,
even the bed…… focus fully on that feeling….
of your body against the material your on……
now focus on your breath…. breath in…….and …… breath out,
one more time breath in….. and…. breath out,
now as you are breathing on your out breath you let any tension, stress in your body, thoughts anything you let it go
… breath in……and …… let it go breath out ahhhhhhhhh,
let it go one more time breath in……and…… breath out and let go
….. the thoughts, feelings, let it go ……
now stay in this moment while you focus on your breathing……
and just let it al be,
it’s your time now to relax,
just breath…. in and out……
